The app is proprietary. The Linux desktop it runs is built from open-source
software, and it includes third-party command-line tools. Each is provided
under its own license, summarized below. This notice is provided for
transparency and to satisfy attribution requirements. The full per-package
list for each released image, and directions for obtaining the
corresponding source, are published at the address given under "Where to
get the source" below, and are also available on request from the contact
named in the written offer.
Note: this summary names the principal components, not every package.
Where this summary and the shipped image differ, the licenses that ship
with the packages in the image govern, together with the verbatim license
texts included with the app (listed at the end).

providers using your own account or API key and are governed by each

WHERE TO GET THE SOURCE
The corresponding source for the open-source components in the Linux
image is published here:

That repository holds, for each released build, the exact list of packages
and versions shipped in the image, together with a script that downloads
the corresponding source for those exact versions from the distribution's
snapshot archive. It also publishes the scripts we use to build the image,
so you can see precisely what we add to, configure in, and remove from the
base system. These directions are given in satisfaction of section 6(d) of
the GNU GPL version 3, and the written offer below stands in addition to
them.

YOUR RIGHTS TO THE OPEN-SOURCE COMPONENTS
The app itself is proprietary. The Linux image it runs is separate
open-source software that is merely aggregated with it, and your rights to
those components come from their own licenses, not from ours.
We grant you those rights directly and irrevocably. To the extent that any
term imposed by a distribution channel, including any app store, would
restrict what the GNU GPL or LGPL permits you to do with those components,
our direct grant governs those components and no such restriction applies
to them. We add no restriction of our own.
You have full administrator access inside the virtual machine and may
modify, rebuild or replace any component in it. Nothing in the app
restricts what you run inside the guest.
If you would prefer a copy of the Linux image obtained
outside any app store, free of any store terms, ask the contact named
below and we will provide one.
If you hold copyright in a component of this image and believe we have
failed an obligation, write to the contact named below. We will work with
you to fix it, and if we cannot, we will remove the component or withdraw
the affected build.

WRITTEN OFFER FOR SOURCE CODE (GPL / LGPL)
For the GPL- and LGPL-licensed components in the Linux image, the
corresponding source code is available. The Linux image is built from
Ubuntu 24.04 (arm64) packages, and the corresponding source for those
packages is published by that distribution. In addition, we will provide
the corresponding source for any GPL/LGPL component bundled in the shipped
image, for at least three years from your receipt of the app, on request
